How to Access Sign-On History

With Provident's online banking sign-on history tool, members can view 90 days worth of account access history to help them quickly identify when their account was accessed and what type of device was used to access their accounts. 
 

Sign-On History

Provident members must first be enrolled in online banking to access this service. For more information on how to enroll in Online Banking, please click here.

  1. After you sign in, expand the "Profile" menu, then select “User History/Activity,” then select “Sign On History."

  2. Your sign on history details will be listed. You can use the drop down menu to filter the sign-on history by type of device.

  3. You can also select on the "More" button to retrieve additional history or send us a secure message if you have any questions about your account access or if you suspect you have been the victim of unauthorized account access.
