Provident Credit Union is committed to providing an accessible website and we are always working to enhance our site usability for all members. Our accessibility efforts are to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 AA requirements.

Check Ordering and Check Related Services
We offer our members guideline/raised-line checks, which are larger (8 1/8" by 3") with embossed guidelines that are easy to feel. Raised line checks are available in wallet or duplicate style. Members can order them like any other checks for your account. Through our check ordering partner Deluxe, we offer accommodations for members with hearing or speech impairments. For member service, they can be reached through Telecommunications Relay Services.
Branch and Contact Center Services
Sign language interpreters
We can arrange an appointment with a qualified sign language interpreter at your local branch. We suggest scheduling an appointment on one of our community branches and request sign language services.
Talking Automatic Teller Machines (ATMs)
All Provident ATMs are speech enabled. Members can use standard headphone (1/8 -inch jack) to hear the screen displayed information. To find a Provident ATM please use our Branch/ATM locator.
Telecommunications Relay Services
We accept all telecommunication relay service calls.
