Debit Card Pin
Are you looking to update your Provident Credit Union debit card PIN? Here's how you can easily get it done:
Change Provident Debit Card PIN
You can change your debit card PIN in two ways:

By phone, please call (866) 985-2273 from your phone number you have on file with us. (The Caller ID must match our records). You will be prompted to enter the following information:

Enter your debit card number

Enter last four digits of your Social Security Number

Enter CVV number (3 digit number on the back of debit card)

Enter your debit card expiration date (MM/YY)

Enter your desired new 4-digit PIN

You may also bring your Provident debit card to any Provident Community Branch to change your PIN.
Locked Debit Card PIN
If your debit card is locked due to 3 failed PIN attempts during a point of sale or ATM transaction, the account will be blocked for any type of purchases. Please visit any Provident Community Branch or call us at (800) 632-4600, option 0, and a Provident representative will assist you with unlocking your debit card. You will not be able to reset or change your PIN once your debit card is locked.
