Provident Credit Union’s free bill pay service is a fast, easy, and secure way to manage your bills online or from your mobile device. Payments are debited directly from your Provident Checking account.

Features:

  • Fast Payments: The recipients of your electronic payments, whether individuals or businesses, will receive them within one business day.
  • Check Images and Memos: View images of your paper checks and add a helpful memo to any outgoing checks.
  • Text and Email Alerts: Stay informed about your bill pay activity with text and email alerts.
  • Calendar View: Easily track your payment schedule by viewing past and future payments on a calendar.

Payments By Phone

Need to make a fast electronic payment in addition to (or instead of) a recurring automated payment? Are you out and about, and don't have easy access to online banking? Make your payment by phone! Simply call us at (800) 632-4600 where a staff member will assist you with your payment.006 This service is available for all loan payment types. It can even be used to make deposits to your other Provident share accounts such as checking and savings.

Digital Wallet

Add your credit and debit cards to your digital wallet for a secure, easy, and private way to make purchases. Provident cards may be used with the following apps: Apple Pay®, Samsung Pay®, Google Pay™, Garmin Pay™, and Visa Checkout™.014 Make purchases on your iPhone®, Apple Watch®, iPad®, or in-app. Visit the Apple support site to learn more.

How to Add a Payee

Provident members must first be enrolled in online banking to access this service. For more information on how to enroll in Online Banking, please click here.
  1. After you sign into online or mobile banking, select “Payees” from the “Bill Pay” menu.

  2. Select “Add Payee.”

  3. Search or select from the list of the most popular payees. You can also create a payee manually.

  4. Enter the payee required information, add any tags if desired. Then, select the “Add Payee” button to complete your request.
