Keep track of your accounts with Email or SMS Alerts

Deposit, Loan and Credit Card Alerts

With our account alerts tool, members can easily manage and track all of their accounts and transactions from a mobile device or desktop computer. Members can select from a variety of alert options and choose to receive them via email or SMS text message.

How to Set Up Alerts

Provident members must first be enrolled in online banking to access this service. For more information on how to enroll in Online Banking, please click here.
  1. Online Banking: After you sign into Online Banking, click on "Accounts & Notifications." Then, click on "Alerts." Mobile Banking: After you sign into Mobile Banking, tap on the main menu, then tap on "Alerts." Then, tap on either "Visa Alerts" or "Deposit/Loan Account Alerts."

  2. To set up "Visa Alerts," select the types of alerts you want a notification for and how to receive the alert.

  3. To set up "Deposit/Loan Account Alerts," select the type of alert you want a notification for, indicate the specifications of the alert and how to receive the alert.
