Florence Fang Community Farm

Provident Credit Union employee volunteers spent a sunny afternoon at the Florence Fang Community Farm, working together to enhance the community garden.

Nestled in San Francisco’s Bayview neighborhood, Florence Fang Community Farm is a vibrant hub where residents grow fresh produce, engage with nature, and build a stronger community. The farm is dedicated to enhancing food security, promoting healthy lifestyles, using natural farming practices, protecting the environment, creating local economic opportunities, and fostering deeper connections within and among communities of color.

The Provident team had a busy day transporting wheelbarrows of soil into large planter boxes, clearing pathways, and weeding several aisles. The transformation they achieved was truly rewarding.
