Yes, as part of the Rainy Day Savings Program, we will open a new account for you at Provident. This newly established account will be appear alongside any existing Provident accounts that you may have.
You can expect to receive your $300 deposit into your Provident Savings Account within 30 days after completing all program requirements. Please note that eligibility for the $300 deposit is contingent upon the completion of all requirements.
You can deposit funds into your Provident Savings Account in several ways:
- Online & Mobile Banking: Use e-Deposit to securely deposit checks anytime, anywhere through the Provident Mobile Banking app.
- In Person: Visit any Provident branch or a CO-OP Shared Branch.
- Direct Deposit & Transfers: Set up direct deposit through your employer or transfer funds from another account.
Yes, your Provident Savings Account will earn interest.
You can access your funds, including deposits and earned incentives, at any time, especially in the event of a financial emergency. There are no withdrawal restrictions.
