Please use this form to capture information from PCU Presidents Club members. Below is a sample script that you can use when making the calls. Please remember to locate the other staff members that are assigned to this member so you can reference them in the script below. 

Script:

You have been hand selected to be a part of our program designed to thank high value members for their business. You have been selected because your account balances are in the top 1% of all Provident members.

My name is XXXXX, and I will be your main contact for all of your mortgage-related needs. Your other contacts will be XXXX, who can assist you with any deposit account and consumer loan needs, XXXX, who has been assigned to you as your personal investment advisor, and Cathy Dwyer, Executive Assistant to the President Jim Ernest. You will be a member for 12 consecutive months regardless of your account balances. Membership in the Club is reevaluated at the end of the year and you may be invited back to the Club in subsequent years.
