Forbes Awards Provident Best Credit Union in California

Forbes partnered with market research firm Statista to produce their fourth ranking of the best credit unions in each state. Provident Credit Union was named the Best Credit Union in California for 2021.

25,000 U.S. citizens with a checking account were surveyed. The sample sizes in each state varied according to the respective population. Participants had to rate every credit union at which they had a checking account regarding overall satisfaction. They rated the credit unions in five different areas: trust, terms & conditions, branch services, digital services and financial advice.
