Santa Clara County Capacity Restrictions

On November 30, 2020 the Santa Clara County Public Health Department announced new restrictions which limit the capacity of businesses that are allowed to operate indoors. Financial Institutions are deemed an essential business and are allowed to continue to operate with indoor services.

Due to the new orders, we are required to limit capacity to two or fewer members at any one time and additional members will need to wait outside of the branch. These capacity limits are in effect for the following branch locations: North San Jose, San Jose, South San Jose, Sunnyvale, Palo Alto, and Los Gatos.

In order to assist as many members as possible, we are temporarily limiting in-branch services. Below is a general list of services that we will continue to provide along with alternative methods for members to conduct other transactions or services.

Transactions or services that will continue: Transactions or services that are available by appointment: We strongly encourage members to use our online or mobile banking tools to avoid visiting these branch locations while the capacity limits are in effect. We also encourage members to schedule an appointment should they need to visit a branch, call our contact center at (800) 632-4600, use our various ATM locations, or visit another branch location outside of Santa Clara County.

These restrictions will be in place until the Santa Clara County Health orders are revised. We apologize for any inconvenience these new capacity limits may cause.
