Bringing You Continued Great Service in 2019

Happy New Year from all of us at Provident Credit Union. We appreciate your business and continued support as we work to bring you the financial services and solutions you need.

Many exciting enhancements were introduced in 2018. We launched our new mobile app, and if you haven’t downloaded it yet, we encourage you to do so to begin taking advantage of the new features designed to make banking easier, faster and more secure. Some of the enhancements include sending money to other Provident accounts with just a few clicks, depositing checks, viewing statements, and managing your cards right from the app. Get the app today at the App Store or Google Play.

Throughout this past year, we offered a variety of competitively high deposit rate products, including special Term Share Certificates. We look forward to bringing you more great rates in 2019.

As your security is always a priority for us, we continue to develop and provide enhanced features and services within online banking and our mobile app. We recently created a fraud prevention check list to provide you with some quick tips on what you can do to help protect your accounts and identity.

As a reminder, our website redesign is in the works. We are excited to provide you with an improved online banking experience and will keep you updated as to the official launch.

We’re also happy to report that in the 3rd quarter of 2019, our branch network will be expanded with the addition of the new Fremont Community Branch located at 39080 Argonaut Way, Fremont, CA 94538. With the addition of the Fremont branch, Provident will have 20 convenient branch locations throughout the Bay Area to serve all your financial needs.

We look forward to bringing you continued great service in 2019 and great value by providing ongoing product enhancements and improved services.
