Debit Card Alerts - Now Live

We are excited to announce our new Debit Card Alerts service. Our new Debit Card Alerts will give you more control and allow you to choose from a variety of alerts.

Security and Convenience
Provident's Debit Card Alerts allow you to receive near real-time, informative alerts via text⁰¹¹ or email. Simply sign on to Provident’s online or mobile banking app and from the “Settings” menu, select "Alerts," then select "Debit Card Alerts."

Debit Card Alerts will help you keep your account more secure by receiving notifications when certain transactions occur. Types of alert notifications available include:

• Foreign transactions
• ATM withdrawals
• Online, phone, mail, and in-person purchases
• Merchant type — set alert based on the type of merchant
• Spend limit — set alert based on a monthly spending limit
• Purchases exceeding a set amount and much more!

Update Your Preferences
You can add and remove alerts, change your notification preferences, update your phone number, and more — anytime you'd like.

Our new Debit Card Alerts is a great way for you to keep track of your account activity to provide you with peace of mind when managing your finances.
