Ways to Access Your Provident Account

As of October 1st, 2013 you can access your new Provident accounts in these ways:

Phone Access

Call Provident's Call Center at (800) 632-4600 (available Mon-Fri 8-6 and Sat 9-2).

Call Touch Tone Teller (800) 626-0224 (automated service available 24 hours). A PIN (personal identification number) is required. Please contact us at (800) 632-4600 to have a Touch Tone Teller PIN issued to you on or after October 1st.

Online Banking and Mobile Banking

Use Provident's online banking system. Access your account at providentcu.org.

Free mobile apps are also available.

Branch Access

Visit any Provident branch. Click here for locations and hours of operation.

Visit a Shared Branch. In addition to Provident's community branches, you can also access your account at over 900 credit union branches and self-service kiosks at 7-Eleven® stores in California and over 6,800 nationwide – just look for the CO-OP® Shared Branch logo. Free ATM Access

Provident ATMs

Provident members have free access to all Provident ATMs.


Make free deposits and withdrawals at over 30,000 ATMs through the CO-OP® ATM network. Most are located at credit unions, shared branches, and 7-Eleven locations.

MoneyPass ATMs

Make free withdrawals at over 23,000 ATMs through the MoneyPass® ATM network. Most are located at Walgreens, WalMart, and various community bank locations.

Bank of the West and U.S. Bank

Make free withdrawals at any of these locations.
