Alameda Online Banking and Bill Pay
You will have access to the Alameda online banking system until September 30 at 8:00 a.m. Beginning October 1 you can access your accounts online at providentcu.org.
However, you will continue to have access to the e-statement website for 12 months.
Bill Pay Service
You will have access to the Alameda online bill pay service until September 30 at 8:00 a.m. The last day to schedule payments will be September 26, 2013. Payments scheduled after this date will not be processed.
Your payees and recurring payment schedule will not carry over to the Provident bill pay service. You will have to enroll and re-enter this information. Beginning October 1, 2013 you can begin using the Provident online Bill Manager service.
Important things to do on or immediately before September 30, 2013.
- Print your payee account information, scheduled payments, and payment history. There will be no access to your Alameda bill pay service on or after September 30
Important things to do on or immediately after October 1, 2013.
- Enroll in online banking at providentcu.org.
- After you've enrolled, sign on to online banking, then click on "Manage Bills."
- Within the new Bill Manager window, set up your payees and any recurring or one-time payment information.
