Effective December 1st: The Health Savings Account (HSA) service charge will change from $15 per year to $2 per month.

Provident's Health Savings Accounts pay a competitive dividend. Payroll deduction is available for easy deposits, and withdrawals for qualified medical costs can be made at any time.
