Account Notices: A New Way to Go GreenJust a reminder: Provident's new electronic account notice service is now in effect. This new service, which is automatically provided to all members who are enrolled in e-Statements, is an eco-friendly replacement for hard copy notices. Members with e-Statements will now receive electronic notices in lieu of hard copies in the mail with information such as:
Both e-Statements and account notices can be found under the "e-Documents" tab. When an account notice is generated and available for viewing within online banking, notification is sent to your e-mail address on file. Please ensure we have your current e-mail address, which can be verified through Account Manager under "Contact Info" in the "Manage Your Profile" tab. Please note: If you are enrolled in e-Statements, you are automatically signed up for Account Notices. |
