* Provident Credit Union service fees apply on the fifth and all consecutive ATM transactions within a statement period from these networks. Members with ATM Checking accounts are allowed 10 transactions per statement period without a Provident service fee. This fee does not apply to members with Super Reward Checking accounts.
** Most ATMs in this network impose a surcharge of their own. However, members with Super Reward Checking accounts will have these surcharges rebated back to them, up to $2.50 per Super Reward Checking or Savings account transaction at a nationwide ATM.
